Databank periodic synchronization

1. see the screenshot - we'll add a new databank action to synchronize databank to files.

It will be combo button, the first option will be to synchronize now. The rest of them are selector - how often to do this synchronization automatically.

Synchronization (manual or automatic) has to be made in a way that it doesn't cause problems to running project - so possibly pause the project before synchronization, and unpause it after synchronization.

Also write a message to log:

This button will be disabled if it is a file based databank

2. small design change - we'll put "Manage view" icon into a button, so that all databank actions have the same look
