Does anyone know why I can’t download tick data?

It looks that you already downloaded some M1 data for that symbol. 

If it is not true, please create a printscreen of your data panel.

Can be closed. The problem is that it is not recognizable that tick datas can not install over M1 data. So if M1 data is already downloaded in a pair, I can't make tick data from it anymore.

But a clue to this would be very good!
