Missing brackets/code truncation and no MM in MQ4 code output

Line 162 misses brackets and should be symmetrical to lines 186/187



Also the MM used is always fixed at 0.1 no matter what the MM of the strategy, or the MM selected from the drop down box at the top right of the source code tab. Fixed % of Account never gets applied.
