I do the same steps but it works for me.
Please send me your log file. Hopefully there will be some error logged.
Does it fail for any data file or just with the one from the video? Maybe there is something wrong in your data file.

Enclosed is the LOG file. However, I don't think it will help you. Enclosed you will also find an import of another pair

I am still not able to reproduce the problem.
RC109 contains some bugs which can cause this problem. I believe that next release will solve it tomorrow.

Does it happen every time or it happened only once? MT4 or MT5 export ?
