Be able to run tasks of a project independently

Imagine that the first task of my Project is building strategies until 2000 strategies are kept in the databank and after a couple of days I only have like 900 and I want to stop the generation.
Currently I'm not able to run the following tasks of my Project with those 900.
It would be great if I could run the rest of my Project only on those 900 generated strategies, not having to wait for the 2000 that I previously defined.
The problem is that now if you stop the Project, it's stopped at all.
