[Build 110] Builder/Ranking&Filtering/Filtering Conditions: I can only find IS-Conditions ???

I do not know wether it is a bug or the data of filtering OSS not in the SQX or is it my user error?

click on the textvalue in the column "left value" and you can set IS/OOS/Full Sample, etc.
