Possibility to configure % of islands in stagnation

related to restart of evolution. When you configure that genetic evolution should be restarted after 5 generations, it will be restarted when the evolution stagnates for 5  generations in 70% of all islands.



Make this % configurable in the UI - add the last part to the UI and also to the check on the background:


Restart evolution if fitness of [In sample] stagnates for [5] generations on [70]% of islands
