Replace checkboxes with new style everywhene

replace "standard" look of checkboxes with the new look everywhere - especially in settings, so that it is consistent.

Go through all settings and also popup dialogs.

Standard look should remain only in databank and filter grids.

anom, jsem pro, muzes to mozna i rovnou udelat.

obrazky by mohli byt jako ve screenshotu, ktery si poslal, jen barevne bych to zmenil na tu modrou, kterou pouzivame i v checkboxech
