Couldn't download data for EURJPY Dukascopy

I couldn't download data for eurjpy . when I create eurjpy symbol , it creates eurjpy(2) , (3) , etc in instruments and it is unidentified symbol for dukascopy . I had tried to test my old strategies from SQ3 to SQX , I am not sure but maybe in instruments I defined eurjpy first there before creating in data manager .
