B111- Out Of Sample menu issues

Data 2004-2016

1. Add OOS1 and move to left end i.e. 2004

2. Add OOS2 at 2010+

Issues:
- When adding OOS2, OOS1 automatically swaps back to the right
-When swapped - dates on graph and dates on calendar selection have oposite values, see att.
