[111] No project databank folder for saving from second project

There is a first project databank folder for saving strategies but no databank folder for saving from second project.

I find this problem only happen in if I am already start one of projects.

In this period if I want to create another project and use it. It will be happen.

But If I stop all project and reopen SQX

The folders will create correct.

That is mean if I begin to start one of projects and create new one I need to stop all projects and reopen SQX to fix this problem.

So, I can fixed it by reopen SQX.
