[111] Can it possible to release history memory usage which doesn't use?

I find that if I build or retest the symbol, symbol history will always hold in memory.  Even I finished my procedure, it also keep the memory usage. It will cause the memory to 99% usage.  Then SQ or pc will crash very often.  So, can it possible to release history  memory usage which doesn't use?

fixed. It frees also history data cache if no build/retest/optimize job is running. It will also display small info message.
