Reset to Default does not work

Builder>Settings>config gear (top of tab)>Reset to Default Settings; Result = no change to any of the settings>advanced settings tabs
Getting Started>Start Generating Strategies with Default Settings>does nothing
To get back to builder settings present on first launch, SQ4 must be re-installed.

I just tried it out and it works for me.
Can you test it again and attach a log file ?
