Add possibility to automatically delete failed strategy in Retester
it should be used mainly in Custom projects, so that we don't need to have FIltering task right after the Retest task - strategies can be deleted already in Retest task.
See screenshot. Also, the name of tab will be changed from Ranking to Ranking & Filtering
New description text for Retester:
Configure how the strategies will be recognized as PASSED or FAILED.
If strategy fails any of the filter below (including cross check filters)
it will be marked as FAILED.
