MT4 source code - MM does not match optimization result

After running the optimization, Money management is all set to fix 0.1 lot in the MT4 file, but that's not the case for the optimized result in the trade list.

Also, parameter variables are missing from the file when browsing Expert Advisor properties in MT4. In SQ3, we have the option to check the "Put parameters into the file"

Please attach the strategy file you were optimizing and the Optimizer XML config.

Concerning the parameter variables - there is an option "Put values to variables" at the top right corner of the Source code tab - see the attached screenshots
