I know there is internet connection because I am connected to my server using remote desktop. So, what is the problem then? Does it use an specific port that the firewall is blocking?

I think StrategyQuant.exe is not blocked by windows firewall (see sreenshots attached).
I have found an error in the rules for inbound connections to port 80. Perhaps it works on next release. I will update with any result.
