I had the same problem on one computer. Now by default it is set to 8 gig mem usage . When I changed this to 16 it disappeared. It seems it runs out of mem and stops.

by any chance do you have "clean memory" set for every 1 minute? Try turning it off.

I made memory optimization, but it is not yet a 100% working solution, we are working on more solid fix.
The main problem is that SQ runs too many tests in parallel, and it doesn't fit into the available memory.
So in a way it is a victim of its very effective parallelization success.
The only real solution is to either increase memory - in my tests 32 GB is enough to run your config, OR decrease the number of cores program uses - in Performance -> CPU setting.
I'm not sure how many cores you have, but try to use only half of them. You'll not use all the power of your CPU, but you cannot use it anyway because there isn't enough memory for it.

Hi Mark I was using 20 cores. I increased the Ram to 26gb and so far it seems to work.
For now, thanks for the lightening you gave to lower the core to reduce the used ram
