Cross Check Filter Market Selection Limited to 19 markets in Dropdown menu

See attached. I have 25 markets in the 'retest on additional markets'....I need to apply specific filter criteria to each individual market. Only markets 1 to 19 are listed for selection, beyond that the dropdown list cannot be scrolled.
