Retest
Build 113 (I don't have to manually download any updates, do I?)
I had a few strategies already in Retest and tried to add more from the Builder but when I pressed Retest and confirmed, it deleted the strategies from Builder without sending them to Retest!

SORTED - DISREGARD above bug: they appeared to have been tested because of PASSED designation when appearing in Retest but I had not tested them at all.
