[113,114] MultiProjects auto stop if one of them has finish.

Dear SQ team

I find that if I running multiprojects begin at the same(usually use 90% cpu useage rate or above), then if one of running projects has finish.
It will cause other projects stop running even it still look like still running.( I can find it stop or running very slowly because the cpu useage will down to 20% or less)
The same situation also happen when I use builder , retester or optimizer and finish on of those at the same time.
Can you help me to confirm it, thank you!

Dear Mark

I notice that if SQX running over a few hours it will also reduce CPU useage even the one of projects doesn't finish.

I cannot reproduce this isssue. I started Builder, Retester, Optimizer at the same time.

When I stop any of them, it doesn't affect the other two, they are still running, and CPu is at 100%.

Can you reproduce it and if it still happens can you send me configs of your Builder, retester and/or custom projects you are trying to run in parallel?

ok, I see the behavior now. Could you also attach the two custom projects configs that you use?

I think it really depends also on the tasks that you have an dtheir configuration.

I think maybe the problem was cause by project fromat.

I try to use the same projects and running over 1.5 hours on build 112.

It won't be reduce cpu usage. And I find that before 112 the project save files was . xml.

After build 113 was create by .cfx.

I don't know what is the different between those types. But it won't auto reduce cpu usage at 112.

Another condition is I find that build 113 was faster than build 112 on build strategies before auto reduce CPU usage.

But if I use build 113 to running projects, I need to restart the projects to keep the CPU usage very often.(restart at least every 1 hour)

I tested your configs extensively, but there is no slowdown. I let it run for 12 hours and there was no slowdown, CPU was still at 100%.

So I think this was already solved in the meantime. Please check it in build 118.
