Algowizard rule "or when" does not work

I created this task in Algowizaed roadmap but I had no answers. I built this Expert with AlgoWizard but exit rule is not working. In the backtest with MT4 you can watch that the rule about Value 1 and Value 2 on QQE is not respected. In the chart I signed with blue pen correct entry and with red pen lost exit and lost entry from lost entry. It seems that work only with stop loss condition.
