Stagnation filter in builder doesn't work

no, printscreen is not enough.

Filter for stagnation is configured for Full sample.

In databank I can see only Stagnation IS.

I had problem to save strategies (no selected strategies) but after few hours it was ok

Maybe I restart PC and start over again because something is not ok.

Status changed from New to Refused

Non of the attached strategies contain conditions with filter for stagnation/full sample.

(settings loaded viac strategy config tab)
