[Build 115] Stagnation still buggy!

Hello,

even though marked as "FIXED" in tasks sq4_2355, sq4_3287 and sq4_2699,
the stagnation is still not calculated correctly (in strategies without SL).

Please see attached image and fix the calculation by simply counting the days
which do not produce new highest balance.
