[115] All "Exit types" should be using the global ATR multiplicator values

Right now all "Exit types" that use an ATR multiplier need to be configured for their own multiplier range, but instead, they should be using the global ATR multiplicator ranges, just like for the ATR period (which is already the case). Affected are:

"Move SL 2 BE"
"SL 2 BE Add Pips"
"Trailing Stop"
"Trailing Activation"

Thanks :-)

I don't see why they should use the same multiplier. When they would be the same you'll lose variety.
