[115] Several entry options in the "Building Blocks" are missing a "Shift" option in their parameters configuration

All entries in the "Bollinger Bands" AND the "Keltner Channel" section except for the last 4 entries in each one (falling / rising). All entries there should have a "Shift" option as Bollinger Bands can be shifted just as any other indicator and again (while I know you don´t like Shifts) I do have strategies that work well live that have a Bollinger Bands indicator shifted by actually several hundred bars :-)


All entries in "Highest Lowest". No reason to not allow a shift of these either.


All entries in "Lin Reg", except for the last 4 (falling / rising). All of those should be shiftable too, as it´s nothing else than a moving average indicator actually.


All entries in "Moving Average", except for the last 2 (falling / rising). All of the others can be shifted as well without a problem.


Thanks for adding the "Shift" option to all of these, this will help a lot to get more diversity in strategies.


P.S.: I know that you might think it´s rather useless to add a shift to the "Bar closes above / below" options as comparing the current bar with a shifted moving average makes no sense, but let me tell you, I again do have strategies that make use of that and work live (been creating automated strategies since 2008), so it would be great to still have the "Shift" option there and if someone does not want to use it, they can set the max global shift to 1 anyway and be done with it. For all the others that like to experiment and are into strategy creation a bit longer already, it would be great to have the Shift option everywhere :-)
