problem with applying more memory

The customer has a problem with applying more memory than 200 MB and it is related to generating strategies. Generating strategies is stopping because of memory limit as you can see on attached screenshots.

did he set memory to 16 GB, but the program shows only 250 MB?

can he send us also file: StrategyQuantX_nocheck.config ?

Status changed from New to Refused

We assume that the customer does not have enough memory available to allocate more than 256MB RAM.

Please ask him for printscreen of task manager where memory consumption is displayed.
