I find the same bug from 113 till now with only in running projects will auto reduce cpu usage after few hours.
Even it just running one project, it also reduce the CPU usage.

cannot reproduce it. In my tests it can run for a few days without reducing CPU. Please open a new task and attach your config if you experience it again.
