[Build 131] SQ3 format

I load strategies from SQ3 format in SQX and it has no problem but saving them in SQ3 format has problem. strategies that loaded from format SQ3 which saved by SQ4 does not produce any trades and even SQ3 or SQ analyzer  could not load them.

STR file from SQX contains only list of trades, nothing more...you cant use it for saving strs
