Walk Forward Hangs, CPU drops to 1%, never recovers

CPU drops from 100% to 1% and hangs on strategy. Never recovers/progresses.

sure, when i run to SPP more strategies (maybe than cores) it will happen, if i run to SPP only few strategies it can run at full load

In my case topo. Check Grid. Some strategies are stuck and never ends.

this should be fixed now, it was caused by locking conflicts in optimization tasks.
