Improver Xml template

Improver do not work and when switching to build the Xml template that was created in building block from improver follows so now You get back test exceptions from All entry orders ( market, stop, limit etc). It reads that it was expecting block ( I think it was) but got "item". The error is gone when loading one of the default settings.
