Cannot reorder project tasks/drag-n-drop not working

Build: SQX 116.76

When working with a Custom Project, it isn't possible to reorder the individual tasks once created. The drag-n-drop functionality is not working (if it was supposed to) and there is no right click menu option to move an individual task up or down.

This condition requires us to delete all previous tasks if we need to "insert" one or change the order of tasks.
