Build [116] Building blocks Order types parameters window blank - intermittent issue
When I click on the links to change Order types parameters in the building blocks tab it sometimes displays a blank window, other times it works OK. This is intermittent and doesn't seem to be any pattern to it.
When I have the issue even resetting Builder to default settings doesn't fix it

Also noticed that one. This happens if you previously open another building block that has so many parameters that you have to scroll down in the window, and then close it without scrolling up again. If you then open another building block, the "virtual scroll down" will still be active and hence it will hide the parameters of that building block like if it has none. If you previously scroll up again in a building block that has so many parameters that you can scroll, the problem is fixed. So this is clearly a bug.
