116; not possible to load config in builder correctly

When I try to load this config into builder ( saved in 116 a few hours ago), it is not loaded correctly.  Whole settings panel Building block is not loaded as it should be...

it is possible that I have saved it in retester does this affect this?

Hmm, for me this works, but I´ve saved mine in the Builder and re-load it there too. It correctly updated the custom blocks here as it seems.
