Running Custom Project also runs 'inside' other custom projects and other odd behavior

Only 1 custom project is running, however it 'runs inside' another (stopped) custom project.
Also, some very odd things can happen still with custom projects:

3932 is a major one - the optimiser (usually used at the end of a long tree of consecutive steps taking hours or days) deletes everything in the data bank before proceeding to work with only the first strategy at the top of the list then complaining it cant find the rest of the strategies to work with.
If anyone has the optimiser in a custom project that performs a WF and you are wondering why you haven't seen any strategies at the end of your project yet, likely the optimizer is deleting them all for you.

I fixed the first problem, but I can't simulate the second one. Do you have some procedure that results in that bug?
