[Build 117] Results differ in Builder mode versus Retest mode

I noticed that the results that I obtained in Builder mode differ than the results in Retest mode.  Some of the strategies in the databank do Retest exactly like they did in Builder mode, however some of the strategies vary.  I have included the strategy file along with screen shots.
