Custom project Stop & Start task and more conditions

The goal of this is to be able to stop custom project running after few hours, and start a new custom project.





2. add more conditions to this task and to task Go To Task.
Right now there is only check for number of results in databank. Add two more conditions:
- Number of cycles - it will be a total number of cycles the custom project made
- Total running time (days, hours, minutes) - total time of running the project




3. conditions editation should be in simple settings dialog, there is enough space. 
There will be no advanced settings for Stop&Start or GoToTask.
