expand "manual" close type

in list of trades we can see the type of close type as "manual"

please expand this type, so it will be more specific, like
- BE
- trailing stop
- exit bars
- exit condition

so we can see the exact exit

already done in B128, but someone here reported, that only BE is missing

one more thing - remove control orders from list of trades in MT5 netted - its only mess
