Optimization Params Editing

Currently, changing the optimization parameters manually is very annoying due to the buggy inside edit control of the param list.

And it's very inconvenient to fix the params with the modified values.
It'd be very nice if I can get the below changed:

1. Keep the edit focus in the edit control when the edit control is clicked just once.
2. Remove the -/+ tiny buttons in the editable columns. This is now only meaningful for the integer values since it only can change -/+ 1.
3. Accept the Tab key to advance the selection to the next available column field.
4. Make the 'Value' field editable so that I can apply modified value on the fly.
5. The checkbox in the left of the header label 'Name' should be working as Set or Clear All Checks.
