no FULL load in MC tests

running MC tests for only a few strategies, but still cant get 100% cpu load

it seems that it was corrected only for SPP

I've observed very similar behavior, at some point CPU load during my WFM run dropped to 14% and stayed there....see attachment.

You´ll have to understand that you can´t run every task in parallel to max out the CPU, some tasks have to be done in serial, especially in WFM towards the end, so the CPU can´t be 100%, it´s impossible because of the serial nature of these tasks.

It uses 1 core per strategy so CPU usage depends on how many strategies is left in the databank.

i know, but the solution must be somewhere - because SPP has problems too, but in B118 its OK - 100% load even if i try with 1 strategy

it should be alreayd fixed, MC tests run in parallel when possible.
