speed of selected TF only

why the selected TF only is not faster when comparing to 1M precision

for example:
55 strategies on M5 TF, 200 MC tests on selected TF only - 30 m 54 s
55 strategies on M5 TF, 200 MC tests on 1M precision - 48 m 42 s

so selected TF only is about 38% faster than 1M prec. - but on M5 it could be 5x faster, why not?
