this is normal. Project stops after totally 100 strategies that passed filters were generated, but not all of these strategies might end up in databank. 


Check your detailed accepted stats you'll see that some of the startegies wer ereplaced with better ones because they were too similar to ones already in databank.


If you want to generate exactly 100 strategies set 100 as max. strategies in databank and let it generate until it is full.
