Custom Projects a mess again

These were pretty much working again in 118 after the horror of 117...now in 119 we are back to 117 again...too many bugs to post, but check the ones I posted already for build 117...they are prey much all back again...projects 'start' but don't actually start, yet cant be stopped, because ta are started (yet they are not)...Project A  behavior influencing project B behavior....settings randomly changing....unworkable again. Sigh. And a clunky UI to boot that feels like you are working on a maxed out 486 from the 90's. Thought you had crossed a bridge with 118...alas not.
