Custom Projects: Building strategies and Retest produce different results

"Building strategies" has got SAME data and oos-is settings than task retest "DD + Stagnation filter" - 

but it produces different results:

please attach your custom project config. I'm sure there must be some difference between the projects, for example in Trading options.


Otherwise the backtests would be the same.
