Time stamp when strategies were generated

It would be good to have the time stamp for when a strategy was generated by the builder.
the source code has a time stamp, but that appears to be when the builder was started.

This would be useful. 


As far as I can tell the time in the source code is generated when you first 'look' at the source and takes this date.
