119 taskflow "load from files" got exception 'unknown instrument'

Hi,

I tried to load all my old strategies from 3.8.2 into the SQ4.119.

I used the "load from files" block in the taskflow.

But I got an exception. "instrument unknown"

I think the problem is that the strategy from 3.8.2 has a different symbolname as my actual SQ 4.119????

My target is:

- load all old strategies from SQ 3.8.2 (different currencys, symbolnames etc)

- make a new backtest with the 4.119 with a specific timeframe and symbol

I don´t want to get a popup request or something interactive request.

It is possible to fix this problem ?

ok, we'll add an option for this, but the problem in this case is that SQ cannot recognize the proper instrument when loading your strategies. Without instrument it canot recognize proper pip size and value.

What would help is if you'll load one of these strategies for example to Retester. It should prompt you to choose an instrument. SQ will then remember your choice and you can do mass load and there will be not this error.

A one time request will be ok. After taht the sq has learned the currency pair
