119; Ranking - stop generation after 2 hours BUG

this is simple not working correctly i got plenty fails in a case 2 hours o 10 hours cycles . Usual delay is between 2-30 minutes . But today i got

TASK FINISHED at 2019.03.18 00:06:11.225 in 9 hrs. 51 min.

DOESNT depends on config.. happens every time.

it should be fixed. The problem was that the stop condition was checked only when some strategy passed all filters, which could take a long time.
