Fixed Amount money management resulting in Fixed Size

Hello,

I'm using the Fixed Amount money management option. However, when I inspect the List of Trades, it appears to me that the purchased lots are always the same for each trade. Shouldn't the lots be variable in this case, as we are fixing the amount of capital being spent, not the size of the lot?

Hi Rhartstein,

in your case the lot size will be the same in every trade, because your strategy uses a fixed pips based SL.

You can try to modify the strategy to use for example ATR based SL and then you should see some differences in order lot size.
