I have the same problem on one machine. Randeon grafix card. Cant even get to shut of the GPU settings it turns black when pushing the save button. My other 2 putors no problem so far but this one worked for a day before problem started. I will of course try and copy over the mini zip to check if it fixes the problem.

I was able to turn on local host ( remote access) and connect via browser to 127.0.0.1:8080 . Now I managed to turn of GPU acceleration . So now it works fine

guys, I made a patch that should fix this problem, you can download it here: https://1859438673.rsc.cdn77.org/web/patch_black_ui.zip

How to apply this patch;

unpack these two files into {SQ}/internal/libs and overwrite the existing files there.
delete folder /internal/chromium

This will revert internal UI browser to the version as it was in B119.

Can you please do this and let me know if it solved these black screen issues?

You can turn GPU mode back on.
