how big memory do you have configured for SQ? You can see it in global configuration (icon on top right) -> Memory.
It seems all these crashes are caused by Out of memory error - as I checked your config you have 32 islands with 400 population on each, that's 12800 strategies that are kept in memory, and in addition to that you run 2 x 200 MC simulations for each of these strategies.
This is a huge amount of trades that have to be kept in memory, that is why it crashes.
I'd recommend you to use less islands, populations, MC simulations and see how it runs, and increase these numbers gruadually if you don't see any problems.
Also, if you didn't configure SQ to use specific amount of memory set it to use 32 or 48 GB of memory.
When it crashes. I set it to "Let program determine maximum memory" which appear that SQX never allocates more than 16 GB. So I set it to 48 GB just like you said and no crash for 2 days. I think the problem was solved.
