[120] Can't Auto-Sync to files in partial custom projects

Since SQX screen has been whole black after running over night, I can't see anything and operate SQX, so I closed and restarted SQX.

After that, I found I lost many strategies caused of Auto-Sync to files didn't work in partial custom projects.
I reproduced this bug, please see the attached film.

This is a very critical bug, please fix.

I just found a bug that sync to files doesn't work for cloned projects. It is fixed now.

Is it your case, have you cloned the project from existing one?

Yes, I built two projects, and the others were cloned.
